What is your lead time for cookies?
We can accept orders months in advance to insure a place on our production schedule for your order. A minimum of a 10 day lead time or more for hand-decorated cookies or photo/logo cookies is appreciated. However, please contact us, if the lead time is less. We may be able to accommodate you depending on space available.
Are there any order minimums?
Minimum order of 12 cookies for regular cookies. Minimum order of 24 for mini cookies.

Do your cookies have any preservatives? How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies do not contain any preservatives. Our cookies have a shelf life of one month if kept in their original packaging. We recommend enjoying the cookies within 1-2 weeks of receiving them. We do have customers that freeze our cookies to enjoy at a later time.
Do your cookies contain nuts?
We are not a nut free bakery. If you have nut or food allergies, please contact us and we can discuss any of our ingredients with you.
How should I store my cookies once I receive them?
We recommend storing your cookies in a cool, dry place. The photo cookies especially should be kept out of direct sunlight. Heat and moisture can damage the cookies and/or image.
Do you offer any other flavors for your hand-decorated cookies?
Almond is our signature cookie. We also offer sugar, lemon and gingerbread cookies. We are developing new flavors, also.
What size are your cookies and how much do they cost?
Our cookies average in size from 3-5 inches. The prices will vary depending on the size and the level of detail involved in decorating the cookie. Please contact us for a quote for the exact size of the cookie you are interested in.
We also have small cookie bites and cookie stacks that come in packages of 6, 8, 10 and 12 and they range from 1 to 2.5 inches.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, we specialize in custom cookie designs. We would love to collaborate with you to customize the perfect cookie for your party or event.
Can I personalize my cookies?
A personalized tag can be attached to each bag for an additional 50 cents per cookie. We can also provide custom bag toppers for an additional charge. Prices may vary depending on size and complexity of design.
Do you deliver?
We currently deliver locally and outside of the local area for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we do offer shipping. All quotes for shipping are obtained directly through USPS, UPS or FedEx. Quotes are based on zip code, size of box and weight. If you change the amount of cookies once a quote is given, a new quote will be calculated. We take the utmost care in packaging our cookies to insure they arrive to you safely and in the best condition possible! Nicole’s Confections is not responsible for any breakage during shipping or any orders not delivered in a timely manner due to weather or other delays with USPS, UPS or FedEx.
How do I place an order?
Currently, you can request an order through our contact page, email or phone number.
Cancellations
Our cookies are custom made to order. We require a 10 day cancellation notice on small local orders. On large orders or orders that are being shipped a 15 day cancellation notice is appreciated. Thank you for understanding.
Where are you located?
We are based is in Ft Worth, Texas. We proudly serve the greater Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex. If you are outside the Metroplex, please contact us for shipping information.
